4. Track & Trace
After shipment, you will receive a track & trace link via email. If you have not received this, please check your spam folder or contact us via our contact form.
5. Address responsibility
The customer is responsible for entering the correct address details. Founders Club is not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.
6. Damaged or lost packages

If a package arrives damaged, please report this within 1 day with photos of the damage.

In the event of a missing package, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier. Once completed, a solution will be offered.
7. International shipping
For shipments outside the EU, additional costs may be charged by the customs authorities of the recipient country. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping costs and are borne by the customer.
